Sayema Zulfeqar is a Mental Health Counselor based in Metro Vancouver, Canada. She holds a double bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Psychology, along with a post-graduate diploma in Islamic Psychology from Cambridge Muslim College. Currently, she serves as an Islamic Psychology Research Mentee at the Stanford Muslim Mental Health and Islamic Psychology Lab. Sayema is a member of the International Association of Muslim Psychologists (IAMP).

Sadaf Parkar is a Counseling Psychologist and Psychotherapist, holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in counseling, based in Navi Mumbai, India. With over nine years of experience as a RE-CBT practitioner, she has undergone intensive training in RE-CBT for children, teenagers, adults, as well as for relationship and personality disorders.
Sadaf excels in conducting therapy sessions for clients, including teens, young adults, and middle-aged adults, who are facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, work-related stress, and exam or career pressures.

Mariya Zainab is a Psychotherapist based in Bangalore, India. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Mariya has over three years of experience working with teens and adults. She specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eclectic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma Focused Therapy.
