This is the very first workshop that ACC conducted in (Month) 2017. We delved into the themes of dating, sexuality and marriage from an Islamic perspective.
It was presented by Dr. Kashmala Qasim, Psychologist, based in Canada. Over 70 Muslim teens participated, from different countries.
Our second workshop was in February 2019, on how to improve communication skills and thereby improve the quality of interpersonal relationships. This was a free online workshop presented by Sr Aaliyah Bagha, Counsellor, ACC.
In April 2020, ACC hosted a three-day practical online workshop on the significance of dua & secrets of making a dua that gets answered. It was presented by Sr. Naairah Nayeem Fathima, a Student of knowledge & Qur’an Coach. Over 100 attendees turned up from across the globe.
In collaboration with Al-Kobr Academy, ACC conducted a free webinar for married sisters on how to reignite passion in their marriage. The webinar featured two speakers: Sr. Ishmah Sarah, member, Al-Kobr Islamic Academy, and Sr. Sayema Zulfeqar, CEO & Co-Founder, ACC. The workshop had a turn out of 100 sisters.
In June 2020, ACC hosted a webinar on the role and position of women in Islam. The crux of the webinar was to take a look at how Muslim societies treat their women and find ways to fix the issues. It was presented by Shaher Ban, COO & Co-Founder, ACC. Had an overwhelming response from our Audience.
